Update

It appears that the problem with our phones and internet connection have been fixed.  What we thought was a rather minor storm blew through here about three weeks ago and it ended up causing major damage for most things electronic.  Many visits by repair people later, we're hoping that we finally have a consistent connection.

We're sorry for any frustration this may have caused anyone trying to reach us.  We're hoping to get someone in that we can dedicate to catching up on the items missed while this was going on so that the wait for our response won't be any longer than necessary.
